My worst was like 170/110 but that was in the doctor's ...
I had moderately high blood pressure but definitely in the danger zone. My worst was like 170/110 but that was in the doctor's office and I'm a victim of White Coat Syndrome. That being said, I knew I needed to get it down and wanted to act immediately so I found CulTao. I first must say that I am happy with the results. My blood pressure has gone from an average reading of 154/98 to now being in the 135/85 range. There have been quite a few readings where I am in the range that my doctor would want. OK that's the good. Now for the not so good.This supplement makes me extremely tired. The only way I noticed is when I switched to another supplement for a couple of days and no longer feel the tiredness. I still would highly recommend this product for anyone who absolutely needs to get their blood pressure down ASAP. After that, I would monitor the results and go from there.All in all, does what it says at least for me. Also, did cut down on a lot of salt, virtually eliminated microwave dinners and started watching my salt content more closely.

It really does seem to work
I’ve been taking Blood Pressure Support for about 6 weeks, and it has helped lower my blood pressure. I also take Rx Lisinopril, but it alone wasn’t enough. I started experimenting first with other products, but I found this product to be a little more effective. I am trying to avoid going up on my Rx dose. Right now I take twice a day. I showed my doctor the bottle and she stated that Magnesium (first listed ingredient) was good for the heart.

Blood Pressure Support Vitamins
My blood pressure was: 203-113. I only took it for three weeks. It was then 160-100. I finally went to the Doctor and they put me medication. This product did help, but it was not strong enough for me. I gave the rest of my bottles to me husband. It has helped him.

This product is not only good lowering the blood pressure
This product is not only good lowering the blood pressure, but helping with stress. I have adrenal fatigue, sometimes I can't sleep or around 4 to 5 am, I woke up with palpitations or anxiety, I take the pill before bed and I sleep the whole night.In the morning I feel very relax and fresh. No side effects for me. Really works.

Working well for us!
My husband and I recently had to change up our blood pressure supplement routine. Apparently what we've been using the last several years decided it didn't want to work anymore. I'm happy to say that we just finished our first bottle of this (and ordered a second) and it seems to be working pretty well so far. I like that this doesn't have a lot of additional un-needed ingredients too.

Extremely Disappointing
Despite the rave reviews I read about this product, it did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for my hypertension. When I bought it, I thought I'd finally found a safe, natural way to treat by high BP, but a few days after I began using it (thinking I'd given it a chance to take effect), I took my BP reading...and was shocked at how dangerously high it was! Regrettably, I had to return to my BP medication. What a disappointment!

I have been taking the Premium Blood Presssure support for a little over two weeks.My blood pressure has gone down 5 or 6 points thus far. I am hoping it will go lower as time goes on.Happy with this product thus far.
