Review: Disappointed Twice – Poor Build Quality, Not Worth It - I had high hopes for the boAt Immortal Katana Blade 2.0, but it’s been a huge letdown. I already claimed warranty once because the magnet came out after just 3–4 minor falls—something that should not happen with a so-called “gaming-grade” earbuds. boAt did replace it, but now the exact same issue happened again, just a few weeks later. This shows that the build quality is extremely poor, and clearly, the problem hasn’t been fixed in the product design. Earbuds at this price should be able to withstand basic usage without parts falling apart. Very disappointed. I won’t recommend this to anyone looking for durability or long-term value. boAt seriously needs to work on product quality and not just flashy design.

I had high hopes for the boAt Immortal Katana Blade 2.0, but it’s been a huge letdown. I already claimed warranty once because the magnet came out after just 3–4 minor falls—something that should not happen with a so-called “gaming-grade” earbuds. boAt did replace it, but now the exact same issue happened again, just a few weeks later. This shows that the build quality is extremely poor, and clearly, the problem hasn’t been fixed in the product design. Earbuds at this price should be able to withstand basic usage without parts falling apart. Very disappointed. I won’t recommend this to anyone looking for durability or long-term value. boAt seriously needs to work on product quality and not just flashy design.

### ⭐ Case charging issue, scratches, slow charging

I'm writing this review after 5 months of buying this. After 1 month case wasn't charging then i claimed warranty and they gave me another earbuds. After 4 months the replaced product got same battery issue i tried to claim warranty they rejected it saying damaged product. Sound quality is poor. They claim it has metal body but build quality is poor too buds got scratches very easily. Charging is very slow. Overall this buds are overpriced and hyped. Today i brought buds from another brand I hav3 decided not to buy any product of boat!
