Can these pens be refilled with my own ink? Like other calligraphy pens that have a refill attachment you can fill with your own ink.

They can be made into eyedropper fill pens. The used cartridges can also be refilled carefully with a syringe (this is what I do), but if you are asking about the thing that looks like a converter, it isn't really one. It is just to clean the pen and does not fit snugly enough to use that way.

Is cartridge ink waterproof?

I am NOT sure if the ink is waterproof; If it is NOT on the package; then its absolutely NOT WATERPROO.

What convertor can I use with these pens? I don't' want to have to buy refill cartridges.

Muy buen kit de plumas.

Viene muy bien empacado en una caja de cartón por parte de Pilot, además de que contiene todo lo que es común en la presentación individual de cada pluma. El empaque individua viene en un material bastante simple de platico, no es como las presentaciones de plástico rígido. Las plumas son excelentes y la oferta es muy buena.

Buena pluma caligráfica

Es muy bueno para caligrafía, me lo mandaron para clase y escribe genial, los resultados son muy buenos. Es cierto que las tintas duran poco, es recomendable comprar un pack de cartuchos si se va a utilizar, en conclusión es una buena pluma.
