You definitely need to add salt as well if you’re using this on popcorn for even just like a hint. I like it actually much better using this spray topped with salt and then topping with nutritional yeast powder. That was actually pretty tasty that way. That is the only reason I did not rate this lower is that if used with other toppings it does make it easy for stuff to stick to the popcorn using this as a base of oil. And compared to like melted butter or some other type of oil I guess you really don’t have to use the same amount - although I feel you do have to use a lot - on the popcorn before you sprinkle what you want to stick to it. I am not a fan of the sprayer either. It says press lightly to have drips, press moderately to have a stream, and press hard to get a spray. I found it very messy to deal with and I could never truly get a spray - mostly just a stream. So not what I was expecting or hoping for but at least it does allow for using this as a substance that makes other things stick to popcorn more easily. I have yet to try this on anything else but I doubt I will because again it has a very very light flavor.
