However, I find that chopping ginger is better with a smooth sharp knife, due to the fibers of the ginger getting in the way, as knives have a very fine toothed (serrated) edge. That is the only vegetable that it happens to. This is my personal experience. **Q: Could I use this knife to score bread?** A: I don’t know why not. When baking bread you just need a sharp knife to score it. It doesn’t have to be large. **Q: what's the difference between the blue handled knives and the black/white/red handled knives?** A: Hello, There is no difference between the knoves with different colored handles. It just depends on what we have in stock from the manufacturer. Regards, Jeremy Customer Service. **Q: How can I order these in a set of White color only?** A: They don’t come in white color ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice quality *by S***G on August 25, 2026* I bought these knife a year ago , they still pretty sharp , and so useful in my kitchen ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very good *by A***R on August 4, 2025* Best knife for vegetable cutting. I am using one for last 7 years. Still sharp. Ordered more as my kids started helping in cutting 🙂 ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great knives *by A***R on September 3, 2021* It's hard to underscore what a difference it makes to buy real Solingen blades. And these are so thin and sharp (we never sharpen them) that they cut beautifully through fruit and tomatoes without skiving off to one side and without much effort. Well worth it. ## Frequently Bought Together - Rena Germany 3 Piece Set of Fruit/Vegetable Kitchen Knives - RENA 4 pcs Knife Set - 3 Kitchen Knives and 1 peeler Set - Pack of 3 Rena Professional Fruit and Vegetables Knife --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.be/products/7416307-3-piece-set-of-fruit-vegetable-kitchen-knives](https://www.desertcart.be/products/7416307-3-piece-set-of-fruit-vegetable-kitchen-knives) --- *Product available on Desertcart Belgium* *Store origin: BE* *Last updated: 2026-11-02*
