There are no ingredients listed on the packaging, so can’t tell you about the sugar content. **Q: Is there grapefruit in it?** A: It’s impossible to say as there is no list of the ingredients anywhere. I am unable to drink alcohol and this drink is a much more adult tasting one, unlike the usual orange and lemon juices. It resembles Campari with a rather intriguing bitter aftertaste. The only juice I can taste is that of orange. It tastes very similar to an Italian spritz, but without the alcohol. Not too sweet which is always a problem with alcohol free drinks for me. The only reason I haven’t given it five stars is that the bottles are a bit small. I can easily drink two at a time which makes it a bit expensive for a soft drink.
