This is very well-behaved parchment paper packed in large flat sheets. No more wrestling with baking paper torn from a roll that, however many pairs of hands you have, rolls back up. This paper does as it's told! It's easy to dispense one sheet at a time from a sturdy cardboard envelope; fits a standard baking sheet without having to cut it; cuts cleanly when lining a cake tin. Because it's such good quality it's economical - keep re-using until you need a fresh sheet. I won't buy rolled paper again - this has become my go-to. Highly recommend.

Good parchment sheets, but they are not the Large size I ordered and needed. I read that these are the perfect large size that fit in the oven standard tray, but they are half the size. Not keen to use 2 and make them overlap, as any liquid will seep through. Will be ok for small loaf tins, but definitely not the main oven trays!! I wish I got what I ordered!! Hey ho!

Excellent quality and size at a great price. The fact that this comes in sheets saves so much time and waste and very easy to clean up when finished cooking. I find parchment also helps to keep the oven clean when cooking anything with oil.

I work at a bakery, and have used millions of sheets of parchment, and this is hands down the best I have worked with. I will never buy from another company again. It is easy to use, easy to dispense, no issue with folding it (for storage if needed) and no problem with clean up. My cookies have never looked so good, everything is cooked evenly, come off the paper easily, and just perfect.

These quarter sheet pan sized HD unbleached liners are a real lifsaver in the kitchen. TThey are rreat for cooking, baking and broiling briefly (with care), on the quarter sheet pan I use mainly for my family's Breville Toaster Oven. These Katbite liners are very sturdy. They do not tear. Cooked food items are removed easily from your sheet pan(s) and I'm able to reuse the same sheet multiple times for the same cooking seesion. When finished, easy to remove from the sheet pan(s) and throw away. Cleaning the sheet pan(s) are much easier when using Katbite liners.
