When receiving the product it did leak a little but since it was wrapped in clear wrap it didn’t make a mess. It cleaned both my cat and dog with the soap and they both felt soft and clean after. The soap also has a good lather to it. My cat has dry flaky skin and this product seemed to help so far. The smell is also just okay, it smells almost like almond extract which I wasn’t really expecting. But still pleased with the product.

Cleans well, smells divine— rinses easily and thoroughly.Leaves my pups nice and soft, smelling good… but not perfumey at all. Just clean, nice smelling pups.We use oatmeal and the ‘whitening’.I highly recommend either of them. In fact, this may be the one product that we purchase off of Amazon that I recommend the most.

If you have never tried JP pets before now is the time! I absolutely love this shampoo for my goldendoodle! It's smells good but it's not an over powering scent at all, and his skin isn't so itchy now. Also, his fur is really fluffy and soft. Great price, great product!

I use this shampoo for my dog and my cats, and it works fairly well for them. It doesn't seem to burn their eyes when i wash their faces, and also has relatively no scent, so it is definitely good for sensitive skin or baby animals. The only downside i would say is that since it has no smell, it is not very effective in cleaning smelly animals. I've noticed that although it does a good job in removing dirt etc., it does not leave my animals with a clean fresh smell afterwards and they kind of still smell afterwards, despite me using a good amount on them. I would suggest this soap to be used more for baby animals, or animals that dont get very stinky.

I’m not big on reviews but this is a must for washing your pets ! Since my cats been 8 weeks old I been bathing her with burt’s bees for kitten & wanted something new & gave this a try & it’ll be what I buy for now on . First off it smells so good & takes so much less for washing ! Once I put some on her back an started to bathe her it lathered up so good & it was so easy to rinse off . I always use a pet hair dryer on her that also brushes her while your drying & I couldn’t believe how much hair came off compared to the Burt’s ! Now she’s all clean an so soft , THIS IS A MUST !

I have a long haired black cat that absolutely hates baths. Regardless, this shampoo makes it well worth the terror of bath time. This shampoo smells like a vanilla/oat blend which is very subtle and lasts for a couple days after bathing. The shampoo lathers easily and gets the job done. My cat was very soft after bathing and drying. Make sure if you have a long cat to regularly brush them every day and only wash when necessary!
