I am a long time Kuerig Mimi user and I finally got tired of replacing them because after a while, they stop pushing the water through, despite being a regular descaled and needle cleaner. I absolutely LOVE this machine. Super sleek, very easy to use. Love the basket and pod options for coffee. Multiple sizes for brew is also a huge plus. Great product. Highly recommend.

Works for a month and then turns to crap. This is the cheapest made, failure of a coffee maker I have ever known. I ordered in July and didn’t use until September. Now it’s almost October and it’s a throw away. I even use halo water and it spews out water before coffee is brewed. This is such a disappointment; I don’t know if I would ever trust this company again for any products. Looks nice but works like a cheap piece of garbage. Throw

I’ve had two Keurigs and the descale light never goes out once it goes on. I’ve tried everything, the solution cleaner, vinegar, pressing the buttons it tells you to do but it still stays on. So, I decided to try a different brand this time. The water holder is a little smaller than the Keurig but it’s fine. And the thing I do like is the coffee is hotter than the other one. The price was good too. And it’s not too big, which I like. I had the slim one before. So I would recommend this coffee maker. Well, unfortunately the coffee maker malfunctioned and we have to buy a new one. We will be going back to the keurig. Another flaw is it only has a two prong outlet. So the directions say you need to unplug it after every use……. I now would not recommend. Too bad because I really liked the style and the price.

I love this coffee maker. It's perfect and I can make different amounts of coffee. I was skeptical at first, but it works great, holds enough water for several cups at a time and also has different attachments for brewing options. I love that I can also use a reusable filter or a coffee pod to switch up the flavors. Also comes with a bigger filter in case you want to create your own brewing mix. The best part is that it is compact and not a huge bulky machine, I dont have much counter space so its the perfect fit for me.

This is the 2nd one I bought (same brand) different color because gray didn’t go well so I got white. I thought I was purchasing the same exact pot only in white, but that wasn’t the case. Same brand buy different. The plate where you rest your cup was metal on the last pot. This one is white plastic. It just appeared cheaper all the way around with smaller reservoir also. Cheaper look than the last one. The other was a hot cold. This is just a hot. Oh well live and learn

This coffeemaker is a piece of junk. It lasted 2 months with daily use, making 2-3 cups of coffee per day. I used distilled water as recommended. There is no choice for strength or temperature of coffee; the only choice is size of cup. Display buttons are small and hard to read. Cycle takes too long. Continues to drip so much after the cycle ends that I continually placed a paper towel on the cup stand to catch the drips. Otherwise, I would have been constantly cleaning the drip tray. The white color shows every splash and drip, so it always looks untidy. Water tank is too small; required frequent refilling. I thought this wold be a good alternative to Keurig (which was expensive and only lasted a year), but I was mistaken. Don't buy this coffeemaker.

Loved this coffee maker. It's beautiful on the counter, easy to use, and makes coffee just as good as the big name k-cup brand. I'm glad I bought it. It holds a reasonable amount of water for several cups in quick succession.

Edit: I was able to get in touch with the company and get a full refund. I still stand by my comments about the warranty and the product. I signed up for the warranty on this product. Shortly after receiving it, I began to have numerous issues with the performance of the machine - does not brew, clear water coming out, error codes, and the list goes on. I sent three emails to the warranty company but never heard back. I reached out to Amazon and unfortunately I am not able to return this product. I was also not able to contact the seller, so now I am stuck with a broken machine. Very disappointed in this item. Do not buy.
