Works well - the screws were not totally worthless. The hanger works well for the ironing board that has a "T-shaped leg, not the "Y-shaped" legs.

works great. easy to install
this holds the iboard perfectly, comes with all the parts and was easy to install. I would definitely recommend this if you are getting the iboard.
