Was a skeptic at first because this arrived scrunched up in a smallish package. But as soon as I released it from its shackles, the pannier sprung into a poofy, larger-than-life circle that was three times its original size. It was the perfect length and diameter too!The waistband is stretchy and will accommodate different sizes. I may reinforce some of the bands, but am satisfied with the quality overall.

The waist is much smaller than stated. It was about 26 inches fully stretched. I had to cut the waistband completely off and re sew all the straps onto a larger piece of elastic.

Not happy with this. It already tore around one of the hoops, luckily I was able to sew it back together. It does not hold up my dress, should have added a petticoat also. Will it last until and through my event in 3 days? I don't have much faith it will. But I hope so. Don't even get this if you just want "to save money" . Spend the money and get something else. Somewhere else.

While it worked for what I needed the skirt ended up falling apart the first time I wore it. the support bands came loose from the fabric and fell out as I was walking around.

Waist at completely stretched elastic is only 36”. That’s 3” short of stated measurement. Over 7 cm too small. I can sew and fix it but if you aren’t handy I’d pass on this.
