I am 5'8, weigh 158lbs and ordered a size MediumIt was just as described, the skirt when worn at my waist line came up to my knees. Very comfy, not scratchy at all! Loved it!!

It's cheaply made but worth the price and it looks adorable! Love it. The small/medium is pretty much a petite medium and fits well. The slip underneath is only slightly shorter than the tulle and sits midthigh if you wear it at the waist/bellybutton.
