SOL3 Original Height Increase Insole - Men’s Adjustable 3-Level Shoe Lifts, 2.36 Inch Taller Cushioned Elevation Inserts

Long story short, my son had his tibia shortened about 2in. These inserts seemed like a good idea until he could be fitted for inserts by the doc’s referenced provider. I dozed him for his shoe range so they were a bit long and poked out of his walking boot. But- we trimmed the end with scissors and problem solved. The height increase is stackable/locking increments which is super helpful while his bone grows. He wipes them with a counter top organic cleaner and they’re still holding as of brand new since the day of purchase. The “increasers” meet about midway of his arch so we did have an issue with the foot wanting to slide forward but I purchased some cushions for the ball of the foot (popular in the high heel world) and that issue was solved. Overall- the money for this product and the few needed to make modifications was well worth it vs the $1000 insert!

I got these because i was bored due to quarantine and I asked myself.. would I be cooler if I looked taller. So here I am as I’m sure you all are too. So, let’s get into it1. Yes these are mad comfortable2. I wear a sz 13, and these max at sz 11. No worries you want that cause I’ve seen reviews of these not giving enough foot space.3. I didn’t measure my self but I looked way taller i would guess 6’3 to 6’4. Draft me to your nearest nba team please.4. I might do a after 30 day review we’ll see.Overall my 5’8- 5’11 kings out there. If your goal is to add to your height, this will do the trick only momentarily . Other wise ? Your pinky toe will hurt from the rubbing of the side of your shoe...this makes your shoe squeeze your foot which causes bunions . Since your weight is now shifted forward along with your center of gravity , it alters your pelvic tilt and puts pressure on your toes , which causes trauma under the nail bed (bleeding, dark toenails.) Wearing this consistently actually makes you shorter because it shortens the calf muscules and your weight is shifted forward which causes an arch in your back plus your not utilizing and fully extending your calf muscules . So you can go from 5'9 to 5'8 over time due to , as we've heard about plenty , bad posture. Feeling tall does feel sexy , make you feel confident and is a short experience but it's important to take care of your feet. You need them thangs. Another downside is the rubbing, burn on the heel with these if your socks ain't right. Plus making sure to always wear high tops or boots cause the your ankle will stick out along with your socks making it obvious your foot isn't all the way in your shoe . Your foot is at an unnatural bend which can cause pain in the ball of your foot . You don't wanna mess up your spine , and have a hurting ass, shines, calves , lower back , shocks to the hips or tingling in the feet in the am ..or maybe just a burning pinky toe . Most importantly , just hurt ass feet and knees . Shit back of the legs and thighs too . These the shits you put on for an hour MAYBE and then go sit down . it's like when shawties wear heels . But they know to have a pair of flats in they bag XD I would recommend , if you're trying to be DAT 1 with these for longer , wear arch support Dr. Scholls with it . Yeah, your foot is already at the surface of the shoe , but they won't hurt as bad or as quickly . Just throw some jeans on with some boots or hight tops and keep it G . As my title says , it's the softest insoles I've experienced , but still , the outcome is similar. Be Easy on em' ankles !

Scam product beware. Bought the soles to give me more height. Have used other soles which comfortably fit into my boots. This sole does not! It has three levels of added height and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get the sole with the boost in the shoe or boot with even the minimum height increase : level 1. And its not the shoe which is the problem. I tried the soles with three different boots, one of which was a combat boot. What happens if you manage to get the sole and a boost into the boot? You're feet will be crushed! I'm a size 9 in mens and it makes it nearly impossible to walk without pain. For the money 30 bucks, way over priced! You'd be better off using a simple athletic sole for 10 bucks and a little wedge at the heel for a more comfortable height boost. Stay away from this trash product. Caveat Emptor

I bought these because I'm 5 10 and wanted to see what it would be like if I was 2 inches taller. I must say im glad I did. I first went with the Mendez option and those were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Id avoid those at all costs. The sol3 however are just right they are soft on the heels support the arch and most importantly give you that boost in height. You can also cut the front of them to fit the size of shoe you wear from 11 to size 7. Great product comfortable and you will barley feel them if you choose to wear them all day.
