Great for gifts/educational purposes/fun
Our little one's birthday is in July, but he's definitely a winter baby at heart. When discussing themes for his birthday this year, we were a bit perplexed when he asked for a "Christmas in July" birthday party. After scouring the internet for ideas, we came across the Polar Powder by Scholastic Science Academy and thought fake snow would be a nice touch to the party. Needless to say, the kids really enjoyed the fake snow and we'll definitely be purchasing next year if he wants another holiday themed party!On a side note, my mother, a 6th grade science teacher, thought the fake snow could be a fun experiment for her classes this year. She purchased some Polar Powder that I'm sure her class will enjoy.

Great product!!
My favorite instant snow so far!!! I've bought a handful of these instant-snow products for my kids to make Cloud Slime and Polar Powder is amazing! It worked great! I was hesitant to buy at first because I have bought so many 1 and 2 gallon bags that didn't work in Cloud Slime and disappointed my kids and their friends, so we ended up throwing half full bags away. They are so happy with Polar Powder and they are already asking for more! I must admit, even I want more too! I played with my kids for hours with this slime! Great family activity!

The "snow" is gritty. Not soft and fluffy. I was dissappointed.

Great stuff
It worked well, and the kids loved it! There is one brand that I think is a little better, and the instructions for powder to water ratio were much more clear. But it was plenty good, and we had a great time. And it was a good amount for the price.

Kinder Teacher Recommends!
I used this in my Transitional Kindergarten classroom for our "snow" table. The kids loved it! With careful hand washing and preventing contamination, it lasted 2 weeks before developing the infamous smell that products made with water will get that means they need to be thrown out. Then it dries up, disinfect in the sun/ UV, and reuse the next year :)

Molds easily
This was a one-time use product. It was fun watching the snow “grow” but the next time we went to play with it, it had mold and we had to throw it away,

Not just for snowballs
It’s very very cool and fun to play with. There’s more uses to this than just regular snowballs. You can put it on top of your indoor flowers and it will hold more water and release it slower for your plants . I use it for spill cleanup’s and allowing for an easier transport of liquid waste

Awesome
This product was a huge hit with the kids. They had a blast playing with the snow and it's so simple, they take a scoop and just add water. It's great for a fun activity, they even started mixing different substances in with it to see what would happen. All around great buy, I have already ordered more.
