I have been very impressed with this headset. The setup was quick and easy. I didn't need the USB dongle ask Bluetooth connected up quickly. The Bluetooth connection has been stable, and I haven't experienced any dropouts while moving around my office. It also paired with my phone without any issues, and being able to stay connected to both devices at the same time is a huge plus. The call quality is excellent and the ANC does a good job reducing background noise so I can hear the conversation much better and everyone I've talked to has said my voice comes through clearly, even with noise around me. The flip-to-mute microphone is one of my favorite features because it's simple and much easier than searching for a mute button during a meeting. The headset is comfortable enough to wear for an entire workday. The ear cushions are soft, and the adjustable headband fits well without feeling too tight. Battery life has also been excellent. I can get through several days of meetings before needing to recharge. The headband is also made of flexible steal so it will last longer than comparable plastic ones. Overall, this is a great value if you spend a lot of time on Teams or other conference calls. It offers clear audio, reliable connectivity, long battery life, and all-day comfort. I use a headphone 4-5 hours a day and have never had a set that didn't start to be uncomfortable on my head and over my ears. This headset is comfortable and the fidelity is very good. The microphone quality is good. This the first headset with left and right earpieces. Although it is a bit more bulky, the sound and comfort are worth it. The mic boom is very adjustable and when you swing it up it mutes the microphone. Very handy. The noise canceling works well and has the option to let some sound through so I can hear myself and immediate surrounding room. Battery is lasting 12-16 hours of active use before charging quickly. It will Bluetooth sync to two devices simultaneously.

It’s a good quality headset, seems durable and pretty comfortable. The issue I have is that I have to turn the ANC off when not in calls or listening to music. It also has static noise when not listening to anything. The call quality is great, I like the muting and unmuting flip up, but wish I could turn off the mute/unmute voice. I really like the dock and how it charges when not in use, but overall it’s a great budget friendly headset that I would recommend.

I just purchased this headset. It came very fast. It was well packaged. Looking at it, I was wondering what would be different but I am blown away by this headset. It’s very light. I am currently working from home and right now it feels like I don’t have the headset on. It’s not hurting my ears either. The charging base is very compact and fits nicely on my desk. I love the fact that I can flip the microphone up to mute. I have only used it with my desktop, using the usb hub and I have no issue. The sound is so crisp and the noise cancellation works!! I was in a meeting and they couldn’t hear my baby cooing in the background. Overall, great headset. Exceeded my expectations. It looks good and feels good. I will update when I have used it longer.
