CK11S easily set up and used. Fit Cloud App easy.
I agree that the instructions leave a bit to be desired but going through the downloaded app step by step clears up the questions. The app was easily set up by stepping through each menu item. For the money it out performs my FitBit Charge 2. The blood pressure readings closely agree with my arm monitor. They may not match exactly the physician's office but they are certainly good enough to watch fluctuations and spikes.

No instructions, no values shown on bracelet
I wish this smart bracelet would have had some sort of instructions. It looks fairly decent, but the fist problem arises when reading the manual. It has basically non-existing instructions, only guides one to download the app. I did that, however, I cannot create an account. The customer support function on the app doesn't work, and when googling how to contact the app creators, the provided email address results in a bounced email. I will have to send this "smart" bracelet back as I cannot figure out how to read my blood pressure or hear rate. All I can see are zeros under each symbol on the bracelet. I can see how many steps I walked though. But that's it. Not worth the money.

Works good except for sleep monitor
Terrible instructions. Can't figure out how to set the sleep monitor for the times that I am supposed to sleep. It has a mind of its own.

Sleep cycle does not always work.
Long battery life,. Easy to program, but sleep cycle does not always work . Alarm on cell phone if separated is sometimes iratating
