1 teaspoon makes 1 cup broth. Sodium for beef is 790 mg, tomato is 860 mg and chicken is 790 mg. This information came off the label on the jar.

Q: How much to use for 1 cup of broth? I couldn't find any directions in the label. Thanks

1 teaspon as an avg. I use a little more per cup of water depending on how rich i want my broth. Makes great French onion dip!

Q: Where is this product manufactured. I don't understand the foreign language printed all over the labels. Thanks

I checked the back of my bottle and it says, "Product of Mexico". I can tell you that all three flavors are good and I enjoy cooking with them.

Yes. Monosodium glutamate is the second ingredient in all the Knorr bouillons. There is a brand BOU that doesn't have it.
