Meh.
If you are mounting this device on anything thicker than the diameter of a seat tube, keep shopping. This device doesn’t come with a lot of strapping to wrap around large diameter frame tubes or forks.

If you want a stationary bottle cage mount there are certainly more appropriate designs out there.
It's a nice design -- if you need the flexibility of moving your bottle cage from bike to bike or various locations on your bike fairly often. It is very easy and secure to adjust the tilt angle of the bottle cage mount, but I'm not sure how much value this really provides. It is very easy to undo, adjust, and replace the strap. For the most part, this is great. But after a week of use, the strap wasn't seating properly in the mechanical leverage locking mechanism, and the bottle cage wouldn't stay mounted.Another downside to this design for easy repositioning is that it is quite bulky compared to other bottle cage adapter mounts. If you want to reposition your bottle cage often, this is probably still a good option. Even putting a rubber band around the mechanical clasp to keep it in place (really only a little extra force would be needed to do this) would work just fine.If you want a bottle cage that you can mount anywhere on your bike, but you probably won't be moving it often (not more than once every 20 rides or so), I'd recommend looking into a screw-tightened design.

Great Functionality at a Good Price
This absolutely did the trick for when I needed extra hydration on a longer or warmer ride; but, wanted to quickly remove it for when it wasn't required. Installation is to simply wrap the strap around the seat post, engage it and snap into place. Removal is just a simple flick to disengage. The angle of the bottle is also an easy adjustment by just pressing a button (the orange cover on the hinge) and twisting to the desired setting. The only concern would be that it could easily and unintentionally disengage; however, it didn't happen during a full season of riding.

Mount is deep and needs clearance - the clearance is great if you need it, otherwise check other products
The depth of this mount from the bicycle tube to the bottle cage mount is a little over 3 inches, so this mount is likely to be in the way if it is used on the frame. If you're looking for a handlebar mount you might be better off with another mount that doesn't stick out so much (such as the M-Wave plastic bicycle bottle cage). That said, if you have a difficult mounting situation this one is quite solid and might be the only and/or best option. It can be used to mount a bottle on the seat stem (with the bottle cage towards the rear wheel) and it can be mounted on oval shaped bars. I was able to mount this on the handlebar stem. I tried to mount it on the vertical part of the handlebar stem, but my stem is not tall enough on the vertical part to fit this mount. I was able to mount it under the horizontal part of the handlebar stem, and I used the orange button to swivel the bottle cage mount so that the bottle cage is almost vertical.

Simple and easy to install mount for water bottle
Used this SKS Bottle Cage Adapter to mount a water bottle on my wife's HAIBIKE. It worked well and was easy to install and to adjust. You will also need to order a cafe to go along with this adapter. I'd recommend the SKS Top Cage Water Bottle Cage for Bicycles.

Holds the lock securely which no rattles and is super easy to put on and off
Picked it up to carry a TiGr U lock off back of the seat post on my road bike when I need a to carry a lock. Holds the lock securely which no rattles and is super easy to put on and off. Just what I was looking for.

Easy to mount, works well
I used this to hold a second water bottle for a century ride. I was able to mount it easily on my seat tube and it did a great job.You can set the tightness very precisely, so that it won’t budge, but isn’t squeezing your tube too tightly. Still, I would not suggest leaving this permanently on the bike - eventually it might damage the paint job or bend the tube. But for a temporary extra cage holder, this product worked perfectly.

better than expected
Surprisingly tight hold... I was skeptical about a strap style connection holding a full bottle over bumps, but this little guy does the job. You need to adjust the strap so its tight when latched with no play, but then its grabs on and works great. I mounted a cage on the stem so the bottle sits up just above/between my aero bars/arms. Works like a charm for an extra bottle on long rides.

OK for thin tubes but easily dislodged
Plus point:The ability to angle the bottle clamp mounting is great.Negatives:The strap is too short and you'll be lucky to attach it to anything with a circumference greater than 100mm. That might sound a lot but it's not really. Fine for thin poles; not good for the failry common thicker top and down posts on today's bikes. The quick-release lever is very sensitive to even slight pressure and it can be dislodged by brushing your leg aginast it or if a branch or small stone hit it. You can solve this by wrapping tape around it but you shouldn't have to do this, should you?

I'd definitely recommend this
This is a good well thought through bit of stuff.Think about the cage you combine it with, and where you position it though. I put mine on the seat stem, jumped off a kerb, bottle jumped out and jammed itself in between frame and spokes. Back wheel locked up, I came to a standstill, everyone at bus stop pi55ed themselves....Totally my fault.

Doesn’t stay in place
I bought this for my electric bike as the frame doesn’t have fixings for a bottle holder . But this device doesn’t securely clamp together. I have clamped it as tightly as I can to my handlebars but the connector loosens when I go over bumps.

Perfect solution for electric bikes
This is the perfect solution for fitting a bottle cage to an ebike. Even though my headset has a pronounced taper, this device still fits snuggly. I bought the SKS bottle cage as well and it fits pretty much all my bottles. Great piece of kit.

great adaptable piece of kit
fast to fit and remove. really can fit almost anywhere, much more easy to use than the other designs i have tried as the ability to adjust the angle the wate cage sits at makes it much more adaptable. there is a bit of movement at the hinge when loaded up but not enough to be a problem
