Kaspersky Internet Security Multi-Device 2015 5 Devices, 1 Year

This Antivirus software is a must have to protect your computer and other devices. You can use this software to protect your computer, android cell phone, etc. You can protect any of your 5 devices in any combination you want. I have used Kaspersky products for over 15 years and will not use any other program. For those of you new to Kaspersky products this program is easy to install, just follow the step by step instructions. Before installation always uninstall current antivirus programs that may interfere with the installation. What I choose to do every year is to uninstall the previous years Kaspersky software using the computer uninstall program, then I do a new install with the new software. Or, you can purchase a new license from Kaspersky and use that instead. I have found that you can load Kaspersky into your android phone two ways: by using a QR Scanning app to scan from the Kaspersky booklet provided. Or you can go up to Kaspersky and download to your android phone the software and put in the product code for your license. Highly recommend this product and the company.

The package came on time and in good condition. When I first installed the product, everything seemed to work fine. But after awhile, noticed some sites would not load correctly and computer slowed down. After seeing the reports about Kaspersky Labs being Hacked, I decided it might be best to change products. I have since uninstalled the product and using another Internet Security product. My computer is running better and doesn't have any problems. Kaspersky is usually a top notch product, but in my case just was not a good fit. I am not sure if I would buy again.

I had Norton Internet Security and decided I would try this since it is for 5 devices and was priced better. It slowed my laptop which is running Win. 8.1 to a crawl. It keep wanting to scan my files and literally everything. Way to much bloat ware for me. I disabled everything except internet searching. That helped but now I get constant warning messages. I also installed it on my desktop that was using AVG Free with Windows XP. BIG Mistake. I had to remove the AVG for the install. Then my computer would not load files or the web. I removed Kaspersky, did a restore. Tried to get AVG Free again it would not load. Ended up with Panda Free. I am going back to Norton.

Having all kinds of issues with this product, this product is less than one month old so it is still under warranty, when I contacted the vendor and we tried over and over to fix the issue, after two weeks and no improvement I requested that the vendor log on to my laptop and fit the issue, I was told by the vendor they did not have the means to log on to my computer, but they could recommend an outside vendor that I would have to pay to fix the issue with Kaspersky software, I do not recommend this product to anyone.

I bought this right after I bought a new computer a month ago that had windows 8.1 on it. a few days later Windows 10 installed itself and I was concerned Kaspersky wouldn't work. Kaspersky had a page online for windows 10 users to update (usa.kaspersky.com/windows10), so I decided to go ahead and try the install. Had a hard time getting it to start-up, but found the autorun file and got it installed. Then went to the Kaspersky's USA Windows 10 page and updated just fine. Love it! Works great and even protects when I do my banking.

Installed on my lap top and it keeps telling me to register. When I try it says error and something about a proxy server.I've read where others are having the same problem and have yet to find a solution. Ive used kaspersky for years w/o problems until now.

I gave up on the other security products and have settled on this one as it does not bog my system down like Norton or McAfee. Have had no issues so it guess it works.

I didn't have any issues with this. Not sure if it's because of this or I just didn't do something stupid reading emails or surfing the net.
