I am very sensitive to whey protein, but these do not give me any issues at all! I also cannot have any red meat that is not grass fed because of my endometriosis, and again I don’t get any flare ups after eating these!The cocoa flavor does have little shells in it so be careful. As far as people complaining that they’re greasy, what did you expect when they have grass fed beef tallow in them?!
