Amazon Prime items mean nothing when you have an issue with third party. I got controller it kept shutting off in game and making me hit PS button again to connect. Be sure to look at all Prime items sold by third party, Amazon does not help at all when it comes to this. I had to spend money on top of purchase(for shipping) to receive my initial purchase back. I lost money because Amazon trick me into buying a product I thought they backed thru Prime, I repeat they will let you drown while looking down from the life guard chair.Revised 11/12/2018:troubleshooted for about ten minutes (felt like I shouldn't have to) press button by screw with paper clip for 30 seconds... Bingo! still annoyed would have sent back if i wasn't broke but i do what broke people do, survive.
