Seriously, I'm not even joking. I knew I was spending little money on a cheap battery for a laptop I'm planning to sell. Yet, I could not in good conscience sell something with a battery this bad and call it anything but a desktop computer. I got the battery, plugged it into the laptop and gave it a full charge before ever turning the unit on. This is a Dell N1564 btw, this thing isn't a high-powered rocketship with blazing fast memory and processing speeds. This thing has a rinky dink i3 and a whopping 4G of RAM. I figured something was wrong when I turned it on, and in the time it took me to download Chrome and AVG Free, the battery was down to nearly 50%! I figured something was just off a bit, so I decided to throw it on the charger and actually time how long it would take to drain if the computer was simply idle, yet on, without even having the screen on. Ladies and gentlemen, it took less than 1 hour of doing absolutely NOTHING with the laptop when I heard the fatal DELL beep that tells you your battery is dead or dying. In just over 49 minutes, the batter had gone from 100% to 4%, and in the time it took the laptop to shut down, there wasn't even enough power left to resume Windows before it died completely! Honestly, if I'd sold this product to someone, I'd take the money I just got, soak it in honey, roll it in broken glass, and shove it up my ass!

The above replacement laptop battery, before i order i don't have idea is it working fine or not. when i received it and replaced with my old battery. and i followed the instruction given to charge the battery for first time. and for now it is working fine i don't have any problem faced.It is giving backup for max 3 hours.

The battery I received was actually marked as a 5200 mAh battery. Fits my Inspiron 17 like a glove. My original battery was shot. This battery showed 2:45 estimated run time on the first charge, which on my 17" laptop is the same as what the OEM battery was rated at when new. Saved a bundle on it. So far so good. I am loving the newly restored mobility and the fact that I paid $18 total as opposed to $50+ for the Dell OEM battery.

Bought for a Dell 1464 laptop, Replace the battery, used it for a week, dropped the laptop and the story ended there. It worked and charged before the laptop went to the great computer shop in the sky.

Overall, I like this product. The replacement battery matches perfectly with my Dell Inspiron 1464. It looks like the original one. The battery is able to last up to around 2 hours without power, that's more than enough for my 3-credit-classes.

Fits perfectly and works. I cannot attest to the longevity yet as I only had it for about a month but no issues yet. If I find something later on, I will come back and edit my review.

This battery worked fine in the wife's laptop, but after a few months use I can tell it's not going to last as long as the original Dell did. But it's so much cheaper I'll probably just get another if her laptop is still in use when this one fails.

It arrived very quickly, and worked well for a month or so, but now the system turns off the instant you pull the power supply. I am not certain that this is because of the battery, but it seems likely. I hope I am not unjustly deducting stars
