Good quality but I chose the wrong size.
No issues with product, just got the wrong size.Returned/exchanged for the next smaller size, which worked as intended re: co-witness w/iron sights.

Cowitness Vortex Viper with MBUS
Got this to mount a Vortex Viper w/ Picatinny mount with Magpul BUIS. Perfect height for absolute cowitness. The Viper mount takes four slots, this only has three, but I knew that going in. I let the Viper overhang off the back, front fits flush. Seems like it should hold up well.

Cheap but works - beware of cheap screw metalurgy
It works fine and the price was right. Just be aware that as with most of these units, the thing to watch out for is the steel screw. They tend to be of low grade metallurgy, as is this one. So it can stretch on you - be sure to go retorque after a week or so. Also, beware as the soft steel will strip out the screw head very easily on you, as well. But you can't get too supreme about all that - it's a very low cost item, and it does work just fine. The machining on the Aluminum is good, and remarkably square. My zero was still a dead-center bullseye when I raised my zero'd dot, on top of this.

finally some innovation on the QD mechanism
While this mount application does bring with it some tedium, at least it is some innovation on the QD mechanism. This is the FIRST QD mount of many, across many brands, where I did not have to modify the cam of the lever to get a tactile, secure latching out of the adjustment. A future improvement would be to have some nubbins on the pic rail side so that the springs did not wander off of the shoulder (hence the note to hold the plate while adjusting tension). it is a nice high rise with a true and firm latch. no doubt it will test the shear strength of my bolt on pic rail during recoil. nicely done, while most any product has room for improvement. wish they offered this version of their QD on scope rings, as it would be the best chance at iron sights under a scope on low profile iron sights.

Decent Utility with Room for Improvement: Tactical Picatinny .5" .75" and 1" Risers Review
The Tactical Picatinny .5", .75", and 1" risers offer some utility for adjusting optic height on firearms, but they come with notable drawbacks. While they serve their basic purpose of raising optics to different levels, the execution leaves something to be desired. On the positive side, the risers provide versatility with multiple height options, allowing users to customize their setup to some extent. This can be particularly useful for achieving proper eye relief or co-witnessing with iron sights. However, the build quality is average at best. The material feels somewhat cheap, and there are concerns about long-term durability, especially under heavy use or recoil. Additionally, the mounting mechanism may not provide the level of stability desired, potentially affecting the accuracy of the firearm.Furthermore, the adjustment process can be somewhat cumbersome, requiring tools and time to switch between different heights. This can be inconvenient, especially in fast-paced shooting situations where quick adjustments are necessary. In summary, while the Tactical Picatinny .5", .75", and 1" risers offer some utility and versatility, they are hampered by concerns about build quality, stability, and ease of adjustment. With some improvements in these areas, they could become a more reliable accessory for firearm enthusiasts.

Great see through riser for the price
I have a Keltec CP33 with a collapsible arm brace and wanted to be able to use the factory sights when the brace is collapsed and held at arms length and my Vortex Venom (great optic) when shouldering the brace (which is now ATF legal...read up on it). The factory sights are centered 0.120" above the picatinny rail (yes...less than 1/8 of an inch). So I needed completely see through with no obstructions above picatinny rail after mounting. The mounting screw might stick up 0.050" at best which allowed me to use the factory sights. I like it.

Almost perfect, but alas, it's garbage
Design wise, this is exactly what I was looking for. The QR lever is excellent and I really like how the pic rail extends above and beyond the QR base. Sadly, the QR mechanism is absolute trash. When you take it off, the side the clamps down just wobbles all over the place and eventually the springs just pop out. Do NOT waste your money. I can't believe this made it off the production like, as if the designers just assumed no one would notice how glaringly defunct it is.
