I chose the English Red because it was described as a soft brown and that is what I wanted. However, it was more red than brown. It was more like the red stain that you see when rusty water is leaving stains on a sidewalk/house. There was enough stain to cover my 16 x 20 stamped concrete patio. Using a sprayer I applied one coat, went over it again, then decided to add some brown. I bought a brown wood stain and swirled it around the centers of each stone. I love the results. I am really happy with the results. I also applied a sealer. ### ⭐⭐ Did not work well for me *by I***N on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on May 19, 2022* It didn't seem to have any chemical reaction with concrete, no foaming. It did tint the concrete, but looks to be due to pigment in the product, not due to any acid treatment. Had better luck with big box cheap stain, even wood stain seemed to work better. I have used this product many years back and it was great, not so much now.
