Bone Building
I have tried various multivitamins but most of them seem to have a low level of calcium in them. I wanted to improve my bone health as per i have a vitamin D deficiency. what i liked about this product is that besides having a good source of calcium in them it also has vitmain D , magnesium and Boron. I find them really easy to digest and i feel great.

Empty Capsules
I've ordered this product a number of times with no issues, but the last one I received has at least 2 empty capsules. They are completely closed in, so no powder is in the bottle. But, I'm sure those capsules counted toward the total, so I was shorted. I won't be ordering this brand again.
