TRUE Fitness ES700 Recumbent Bike with Emerge LED Console

I havent gotten into all the electronics on it yet, myself, though the ease of adjusting it for different lengths is very nice and its really comfortable. Richard rides it while playing video games. Seems high quality.

This is my third recumbent bike, and it has been far the best I have had. I ride it every night of the year, and I ride it for 98 minutes each night. It gives a tremendous workout, and I burn a great amount of calories. I have an eight-year-old granddaughter who is below 5 feet tall, and she fits just fine when the distance to the pedals is adjusted. If it's used as a paperweight as mentioned in one review, I bet it's used as a clothes hanger too. I've had a couple of minor problems, but the fitness center where I bought it has solved those problems very quickly and with no charge to me other than a service call.

The Bluetooth doesn't work. The instructions to get into the settings menu do not work. True will not return my emails or calls. My wife is 5' 2" and her feet are still six inches from the pedals when the seat is adjusted all the way forward. She has to hang off the front of the seat with pillows behind her. I'm 6' and my feet are still 5" away when the seat is all the way back. Apparently, this bike was made specifically for professional basketball players.

I bought a new True recumbent bike 6 months ago. From day 1 I have had a problem with the console not working properly. To this day it has not been fixed. The Technical Service Mgr told me they have " more important things" I would not recommend True.
