We bought some "stone" coasters many years ago, and they have served us really well. But we've noticed for a while that they were looking pretty old, so we went online to search for some new ones. Our old ones just looked like plain stone -- sort of a natural brown color with some marbling in it. We didn't even realize they came in such nice patterns like these.They arrived very securely packaged, and when we took them out of the box, we were blown away by the vibrant colors, the incredible detail in all the designs, and by the sturdiness. (They actually look better than the photos!) These feel much more solid than our old ones for some reason. They also have a very pleasing smooth finish on top... our old ones felt rough... kind of like... well, like stone! These coasters definitely exceeded our expectations, and it's so nice when that happens, that we just had to take a minute to write a review.If you're looking for coasters that not only look great, but also soak up the condensation that drips down the glass, you'll be delighted with these. We highly recommend them!

These are absolutely beautiful. I wanted something for my office as I have a chalk painted desk, and while the wax is an awesome protectant, I still need something to keep my endless glasses of ice water from killing the awesome paint job. I cared what they looked like, and yet I didn't, but when these came I was really glad I went with what I liked online. These are absolutely gorgeous! The look like something straight out of Pottery Barn, but with a much more reasonable price tag. Also, the cork on the back is nice and thick, and seems to be good quality. I am very pleased with these!

These coasters are beautiful. I bought them as a housewarming present for my friend, and she loves them. The quality is pretty nice. The pattern looks like it's printed on, but it's doesn't feel cheap. The cork bottom is nice as well to make sure your surfaces don't scratch. Overall, I would recommend these because the pattern is so cute.

I bought a 4-pack of coasters and only received 3, which was extremely disappointing. The coasters came in a Christmas decorated box, which was cute. The design and color on the coasters was as pictured.I did test out the coasters...actually put water directly on them...and the water absorbed very quickly. I was pretty impressed!

I didn’t realize these weren’t cork when I order them. I’ve learned my lesson not to buy stone or porcelain coasters. When the class sweats the bottom sticks to the coaster when you pick it up, then it falls off, either breaking or making a loud noise as it lands.

I got these as a gift for my girlfriend because the patterns looked like something she'd like. They are pretty decent quality ceramic coasters with a thin cork backing. Patterns are just printed on, it looks like. Nothing to special really but they have a nice weight and quality feel. I will see how long the pattern lasts.

These are vibrant beautifully designed coasters! They are high quality, and look forward to using them in my apartment. The only complaint I have is shipping, as they were delivered with some other items I had ordered but by the time it got to me, it out of the the box it came in. Luckily, nothing cracked - i guess that is one way to test out the durability.

These coasters have a lovely design and look nice with any decor. They arrived intact and we'll packaged, which was good since the box looked crushed from shipping process. I shall enjoy using these to protect my furniture for a long time!
