Westfalia Height Adjustable Wooden Padded Foot Stool

Product fell apart 2 days after I received it. I could not fix it. I am a disabled, pensioner who needed a foot stool badly. I thought this one would meet my needs. It arrived and I got ready to use it. It was wobbly and not very sturdy. If you put your feet on a foot stool, it should be able to hold them. It would not stay in position and the screws kept falling out. The screws could not be put back in, because they would not screw tight, just kept popping out of the required holes. I am angry and upset because I cannot actually talk to the seller.

Looks nice but don't put your feet up , if you do it will all fall apart. nice idea but too flimsy for words

The design is good just a bit fiddly for person I bought it for. Supports need to click in to holes not just rest in them But once it is up and weight is on it, it is a very good footrest and does slide under furniture out of way.

I bought it for my mum who is 90. Very comfortable for her, especially we use two adjustments instead of three as she is very old, we do n to use the higher version, but for some one younger and stable it is really good to use all three.

I hate to be blunt but this item s a piece of crap. I will be returning it after I have spoken to Customer Services. The item was delivered on the specified date 08/05 by a very pleasant courier. I opened it on Monday 09/05 and used it a few times during the day. On Tuesday morning when I went to use it one of the hinges had come off completely. I got a friend to attach the hinge again but it didn't last long before the screws were lying on the floor. Also the set of metal legs that are supposed to support the padded area bent and would not stay in the appropriate grooves - they kept slipping.

The product arrived on time.This was bought for my 84 year old mother who has water retention problems so has to have her feet raised.Although the stool had adjustable heights,unfortunately the gap where the metal rods sit is not very good so the rods are constantly coming out of place

Exactly what I wanted and unbelievable value - Not designed to be sat on so ignore numptys who expect this to be as strong as a footstool that would cost 10 times as much.

Forget it. Only had it out of the box 10 mins or so. And it broke. The wood snapped underneath somehow and it collapsed. I only had one foot resting on it. And it's not as though Im a big person! Save your money and time. Get something else. Not even worth one star as any slight movement tends to knock the flimsy angle holds out of place! I thoight that had happened when it broke. Its going straight in the bin!
