I can't decide if I like this more for cleaning or for use on clothes. Fortunately I can use it for both.With a kitchen full of tile countertops the grout can get pretty dirty. I thought I was doing a good job of cleaning them until I purchased this. Wow! What a difference. Then I ran it, briefly, along the grout in my bathroom and shower. That's a lot of tile and it will take some time to get it all, but already I can see how much easier it will be to get it clean with this.In an flurry of "let's see what it can do on this" I tried it on a shirt. It should be noted here that my ability to iron is not exactly great--that's being generous to me. This steamer worked great.Our water is particularly "hard" (high mineral count), so I had a bottle of distilled water waiting for the arrival of the steamer. If it weren't for the fact that it works so well on clothes I'd add a little vinegar to the water when I use it to clean. However, I am worried that with the smell of the vinegar will linger when I use it on clothing. Does that mean I'll soon be buying second one? :)

This steamer works great for deep cleaning. I had a little issue with loosing pressure.

I was really impressed by the effectiveness of this handy cleaning device. Like most hand held devices, it runs out of steam fast. So to alleviate that, you may consider the need to buy and plug in two. Smile. Then switch off as they need to cool down and be re filled. Certainly worth the wait to remove dirt and dull grease from tiled and porcelain surfaces, light upholstery, and spotted flooring. Too bad they don't come in pink or purple. Either way, the results will certainly boost your cleaning spirits.

If it could be a negative and the company owes me a credit. Was using last night, does not clean very well, doesn't seem to produce enough steam. Had to use almost an entire tank on one tile. Then part of the attachment fell off while in use, scalding my hand. So cleaned for about 30 minutes and then had to ice my hand for the next several hours. Still have blisters today.At times blew dry air, at times spurted water but not steam, didn't actually clean anything, did not work on clothes. Steams seeps out at many different areas, no not enough pressure or steam, and I got burnt. So,.yeah. More than a little annoyed, been bragging to roomie about how awesome these kinds of steamers are for bathrooms. Now had to warn not to use.I'd ordered another brand before and had no problems like this, will be returning for the other one.I do not suggest this for anyone elderly, or with small children near and idk, I was not happy with the way it cleaned at all verses others I have used. Too dangerous to have around others. Waste of money.And luckily I wasn't burned enough to go the hospital, but a steam burn on someone else would have caused a lot more damage. The pictures are from day two of Burns and then today, maybe day 5. Again, if you have small children around or elderly, or just for yourself, I do not recommend.The replacement steamer ordered was delivered today, will post an update comparing the two.Not a safe product,.plus was so defective it doesn't clean anything. Was also louder then the other I have used.Burned my hand, didn't clean anything. Fail across the board.

I’ve used it a few times and it’s not as powerful or effective as I thought it was going to be. It’s still better than cleaning with harsh cleansers

I wanted something to easily clean my jewelry with and make it sparkle. This steam cleaner is PERFECT! It heats up VERY quickly, it's steam is easily controllable with precise aiming of the steam, and the steam will NOT burn you. I was very pleasantly surprised as I can clean my rings while still holding them (no need for holding utensil due to danger of hot steam burns!). I LOVE THIS STEAMER!

I bought this for the advertised purpose of cleaning window blinds. I was only 1/4 done with the first one when it ran out of steam. You have to let it cool completely before you can open it to add more water, which took a long time. I had 11 3/4 left to go and had to go get something else to clean with because this thing would have taken a week. Then lever is awkward and hard to use. You push in the lever and and slide a button up with the same finger to get steam out.
