Nice sharp notes on this Blue Cheese. Far better than other brands and takes a burger or chicken sandwich to another level.

This blue cheese is so full of flavor, it makes any dish special. I love it in salads or melted over a nice steak. The consistency is creamy, but still has some firmness. It's also quite salty.The crumbles are a mix of larger ones with some cheese 'dust'.The package is very good quality, the container closes perfectly so the cheese stays fresh for a a few days in the fridge.

Very dry - like dehydrated cheese. Tasted quite salty. Definitely not the creamy blue cheese crumbles I’m used to. Threw it away.

Mold all over the lid when received. Had to throw it out.

This is really good blue cheese. It's crumbled but there are still large chunks in the container. Great flavor.

Good tasting blue cheese to add to salad dressing or mix in burgers.
