Well packaged
I use this product in soups or stews, and also add cayenne pepper and a bit of lemon - adds a great flavor to chicken noodle soup, or homemade vegetable soup. The product came in bubble wrap, which is important. Other vendors pack correctly or answer, so buy from this one.

A little pricey, but well worth it.

Company does not know how to pack fragile items
They do not care to pack a glass jar with more than a thin bubble wrap cover and no fragile note on the box whatsoever. That's the 3rd time this happens.

I bought this product because it was supposed to be dairy free. Guess what the first ingredient is-MILK. It is not dairy free as advertised.
