Sucks to the core
Installer charged Rs. 1000 cash just to run the wires and claimed the coax compression connectors were Rs. 250 each, 4 connectors total. In addition, the subscribed channels fail to work regularly and I spend 2 hrs each week just with their customer support. Won't be recharging this 'service' at all after my first month.

Good product and Quick Service.
HD setup box has usb connection for connecting USB drives but it is not enabled for recording. Recording is only available for HD+transfer box.You need to buy HD channel packs separately. In my case I tried HD dhamal pack.10 meter wire free. 12 Rs. per meter would be charged extra.They also charged me 100Rs. for connectors/jointers.installation done within 24 hours after ordering.

The service is good but no clarity on charges of extra cable required.The installation guy will ask for extra money without giving the details.As per Tata sky standards first 10 M of wire is free of charges. The next charges are on slab basisUp to 15 M extra= Rs 75From 15 M to 25 M= Rs 150From 26 M to 40 M=Rs 225Above 40 M= Rs 525For my case, total cable used was 46 M hence charges are applicable on 46 M -10 M = 36 M extra cablewhich is 225 only but guy asked for 500.I have complained about this.Don't pay anything extra.

Service was also poor
Tatasky installation teams said that they received information for sd box and not hd box and they charged extra amount for hd while installation and also charged extra amount for some recharge even dhamaka was part of this purchase. Service was also poor

I order the package in online after so many review. Finally got a call from tatasky installer and said it doesn't contain any free pack.Paid extra 200RS for initial activation.

Tata Sky HD set top box excellent product
This product was purchase on Aug7th 2018,and was installed on Next day I think,the boy who came for fixing the dish was skilled and obedient,The pic quite and sound quality and strength of the signal was not got disturbed till today ,very prompt delivery by Amazon,and cost effective compare to the local supplier
