Is the full shower unit chrome ?We have purchased chrome showers before but the base was black.

Hello...the full unit is chrome... You cannot see the base plate when fitted

The shower head doesnt fit on the holder, have anyone had problems with this?

Do you put the hose into the grip then slide it down towards the shower head ? The holder is wider near the top so start with putting the hose into the grip then move the head down towards the grip. So difficult to explain but that's the only thing I can think of.

Will this be suitable to fit a pump on the water supply to increase pressure

It’s fitted to your cold mains water supply which should have adequate pressure... a pump will not increase water pressure out of the unit as it has certain flow rates controlled by how quick it heats the water within the unit

I live in ireland and have not been able to get this kito model repaired. any suggestions who can help, as i have to turn it on and off from the mains
