I used my mini grinder with a cheap diamond blade to chase the crack, then vacuumed the dust. The SikafIex sealant went on very easily after warming the tube on an old heating blanket. It's kind of gooey, but levels itself into the crack after a few minutes. I had watched a YouTube video on using this product which suggests to sprinkle some Quickrete on the repair to blend it in with the older concrete on the floor, and I found this works great, only don't sprinkle it with water like the video suggests. Just leave it alone for awhile and then whisk it off and vacuum after the Sikaflex has set up a bit. Was hesitant to start this job, but it really was pretty simple to do with the Sikaflex Concrete Crack Sealant. Make sure you wear gloves and old clothing. UPDATE - 1-1/2 year later: The Sikaflex has performed perfectly, however I would skip the Quickrete if I were to do it again. It turned kind of brownish and did not look like concrete.
