Not a guide, barely even a book ... "ultimate" waste of money !
This few pages includes lists of "recipes" like if you're making rose & lemon perfume (made-up example), so many drops of rose essence and so many drops lemon with either vodka or alcohol as a medium ... that's it on that page, then turn it and you'll see a page that tells you to mix it and put it into a bottle - and another paragraph saying that it's applied to the skin just like storebought perfumes. THE THING IS: that page with the bottle and application bits APPEARS EXACTLY THE SAME AFTER EACH AND EVERY little 'recipe.' SO A 20 page book becomes a 40 page book! There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING besides these few very obvious recipes, no guide to better vendors of essences, no info on some of the more obscure ingredients (for instance "musk" is in a few of the lists - and I happen to know you can't get true natural musk anymore; it's outlawed), SO no info on what is now being sold in its place; no guidance as to which recipes might match certain favorite fragrances; no info on how much perfume might eventually be made from these essence bottles ... I could go on & on listing what is NOT in this "ultimate guide!" Then, at the end of the 'book', the author has the audacity to ask for good feedback from readers. I do not, obviously, recommend this book; it is absurd.

New, Cookbooks for everyone's collection including your own brand of Perfume.
I didn't learn how to cook growing up, I always was outside working with my Dad. My head under the hood of a big rig and fetching tools. My brothers hated working with him and I was the only one that loved it. I did learn how to fend for myself with cars and almost anything else. My dad always said that it good to be a girl but that girl needed to know how to be self-sufficient. Well, I definitely am that, thanks to him. Oh, and he always made me wear gloves to that I would still have soft hands WITHOUT grease under the nails!!! LOL That being said I have collected cookbooks so that I can fix anything that I want, including my own brand of Perfume. I love having the digital ones, they don't take up any space. Also having a small family now that the kids and grandkids are grown, having a cookbook is the only way to go in making smaller portions.

Im sorry to say I was Deeply Disapointed in this book. The Author definatly has no idea of what she was writing. In Fact one of the recipes Is of all Solid Materials. Laughed at this one. But Ill save the book just for laughs and giggles.

Simple, easy to follow recipes with common ingredients
I have been making some of my own bodycare products and it is exciting to me to find I can make my own perfumes. I prefer making my own products because I know all the ingredients in each and I can customize the recipes for my preferences. I have not made any of the perfumes yet, but in scanning the book, the ingredients are commonly available and the recipes simple enough for me to try. This is a gem of a find.

The best fragrances are the ones you make yourself
I Love ItI think the perfume recipes were easy to understand and make. I like the all natural approach to perfume making this way you know the products are natural, free of chemicals, additives and preservatives. I only thing I would like to know is were can I get those little perfume bottles?

Homemade Perfume
The only picture is the one on the cover of the ebook. There are perfume directions for both genders. It would have been helpful to know where the ingredients can be purchased.

Doesn't tell you about the importance of using carrier oil ...
Doesn't tell you about the importance of using carrier oil. Every perfume needs carrier oil and this book fails to highlight this. Carrier oil breaks down the concentrated essential oils and aromatic fragrance so that the perfume you make does not irritate your skin. During the preparation stages of making your perfume; you'd need to apply your Carrier Oil immediately into your 100ml dark bottle; before applying your essential oils etc but this book doesn't explain this.As a beginner; learning about perfume fragrances; I've learned a lot more from other sources, but sadly not from this book.

This book it's a joke
I bought this book in order to start making my own natural perfumes only to discover that:IT IS COLLECTION OF RECIPES NOT A GUIDE - with a lot of copy/paste from one to another. It's simply dry - not even an introductory page - nothing. You better use the internet to find recipes. What a waste of money.....

ok
libricino interessante e soprattutto gratis. Peccato che in Italia non ci siano manuali del genere e li prendo tutti in lingua inglese.
