I told some friends I wanted to try these. Most of them told me I wouldn't like them because seaweed was a required taste. Well I'm here to tell you Bullplunkers. As soon as I got them I opened up a pack and was blown away at how awesome they tasted. Here I was expecting a mouth full of terriblness and wow was I surprised. And only 30 cals to boot. Of course they won't fill you up. But they to satisfy that need for something to snack on and with crunchiness to boot. I had a bottled water with it and I was completely happy as a toddler on Halloween. Yes, I will be getting more.

Pure seaweed which does not have the bad ingredients. Satisfy my craving for something salty and yet it is healthy.

So good, these are addictive! I now crave them every day. Just the right amount of salt and the ones I got appear super-fresh. But watch out not to eat every day, especially if you have thyroid issues, due to 140 mcg of iodine per pack, which is almost the daily allowance for an adult. And a lot of vitamin E oils, which are blood thinners, used as preservatives in these. Other reviews said these were oily: yes, oily indeed, but you can use a soft paper towel to soak up the oil from each tiny sheet. Slows down the eating (aka “inhaling”) and absorbs some of the oils. I’m glad I got a 20-pack, now all I need is self-restraint.
