Fun but not very effective
Kids were super excited to get these and tried to play with them a bunch. They are more fun factor than actual digging help. When real digging started, they would almost always get frustrated and take them off. They are large and take up a lot of room in the bag. Overall, good on the fun factor cut low functionality.

I got these as a Christmas present for my friend's 4 year old. He was playing with them right out of the box, in the house. He can't wait to be able to play in the sand with them. His 6 year old sister liked them too.

I like it, but I thought they came in a smaller size. My grandson will grow into them. Wish I had them when I was a kid.

Possibly the funnest toy for the beach. We almost dug alll the way to china with these things! Love it
