Organic Ceylon Cinnamon, Ground - 3.9 oz Large Glass Jar

They are honest in their product, unlike some other spice companies that try to substitute Cassia cinnamon for this. This is definitely the Ceylon cinnamon that they sent me. I compared it to my Saigon Cassia. And, they are vastly different. Ceylon is more delicate, sweeter, lighter brown, and has the definite note of citrus, and this organic cinnamon definitely has all those qualities.I liked the fact it is indeed Ceylon when they said it would be. I like the jar that they placed it in. I would recommend this product to anyone that likes and needs more subtler flavors than the predominant Cassia cinnamon provides.Ceylon cinnamon also has much, much less coumarin than Cassia cinnamon: coumarin which is potentially toxic depending on amount consumed and such.

I have never tasted cinnamon that taste this good. Absolutely delicious. I have it with honey water and Braggs apple cider vinegar twice daily so refreshing. It helps me cut down on sugar cravings it's overall flavor is pure you taste no additives. Love it!

this is not very good cinnamon what I get at wholefoods is much better quality sorry kaina but I have to be honest

This is a great product and has a totally different taste and fragrance from cassia cinnamon. The airtight container is very handy. The product was delivered on time. I will use this company again.

I can only rave about the quality of the cinnamon and also the cutest jar it came in. It tastes and smells wonderful. As an extra surprise, a bag of organic basil leaves was enclosed.Highly recommended.

I will purchase this product again and again. It is a great bargain for the price. I am using it for reasons of health, and already I see a difference in the way i feel.

Great flavor and they sent a small jar of tumeric with my order. The jars are so sturdy & cute, can definitely repurpose them after you've used the spices.
