It’s very soft, stretchy, and comfortable to wear. The item description says the material is a mix of “95% Modal, 5% Elastane” - I had no idea what “modal” is, so I searched online and found out that it’s a “semi-synthetic fabric made from beech tree pulp“, and is a form of rayon. The nightie was very creased when it came out of the bag, so I hung it up to see if the creases would even out. However, several days later they’re mostly still there – not entirely unexpected, but it does indicate the nightie will need ironing.

Bought for elderly lady staying in hospital. Very soft and pretty . Easy to care for, wash and tumble dried , no ironing . Great value

A really nice, well made nightie. Soft and comfortable against the skin, a good length (just on the knees) and it has pockets! I ordered it for my mum, the sizing was spot on and she liked the blue floral pattern. It also washed well, the material (95% modal 5% elastane) is not too thin or thick and can be tumble dried and ironed. It’s £14.44 at the moment which I think is great value for a nightie that feels like it will last some time.
