Sorry for the confusion. I like the Balancing Cream. **Q: Can men use this too for skin hydration?** A: It is my understanding that wild yam keeps a woman's hormone / estrogen balanced or at least it could help. It has helped me. Four Elements has some wonderful skin hydrating products which I have used and still use. And as far as I know men can use all of their products. **Q: Will this go bad unopened in the heat for 8 days?** A: It may dry out and or lose its effectiveness. **Q: Can the yam cream get hot?
