Q: is this a fake product since its called "bi2muno"? shouldn't it be bimuno?

Mine says Bimuno. I did see Bi2muno on the text, but it must be a typo. Gook Luck!

Q: I realize I can put this in tea or coffee but do I also need to eat food with it. For example, coffee, toast,,eggs, fruit?

You can put it in any beverage. I put mine in coffee. You do not need to eat food with it but if you are using it at breakfast time you wind up using it with food anyway.

Q: How many grams per sachet?

5.5 grams per sachet, containing 2.8g of Galacto-oligosaccharides GOS per sachet. 0.6g of dietry fibre per sachet.
