Holds alot of moisture
Okay. I have had 2 kids and I have pelvic floor issues, which means I struggle to jump or hold my core without a tiny tinkle every now and then. I also sweat. ALOT. Like more than you could think possible. These are now my gym undies. I am a gym rat and active outdoor momma. I don't like looking like I pee myself from having a sweaty booty. And I need mental security to not be embarrassed if I'm doing jump rope and a tiny tinkle escapes. 😅 These undies have done exactly what I asked of them and they do it well! I am so grateful I don't have to stress over my butt sweat. And yes this is 100% serious 😅

Excellent protection for minor urinary leaks
I’ve tried about 4 different brands of leak proof panties (including Knix) and these are the best IMHO. I’m using them for minor urinary leaks, not menstruation, so I have have not tested them specifically as period panties (although I think they would work well). These do not leak. Let me repeat. They do not leak. I suppose if you emptied your entire bladder, it would leak out the leg. Likewise if you’re using these for a long duration on a heavy period day, they might leak out the leg. But I’m pretty confident these will not leak THROUGH the fabric. These have an inner lining that looks a bit intimidating- wide light colored lining up the entire back and most of the front. That’s the absorbent part. It is sufficient to absorb 100% of leaks (so far!) from running, sneezing, coughing etc. I also did a little test on them and poured a bit of water inside while wearing them. Cold. But does not leak through. This is different than some of the other panties I’ve tried (which might be more absorbent than regular cotton but still leak through a little). These do not leak. To contextualize this, and at the risk of TMI (sorry, just trying to help a sister out!), I have daily minor leaks, 1-2 smallish leaks through my jeans per week, have used a pad (or paper towels) for protection all the time ... approved for outpatient bladder procedure (scheduling delayed due to COVID-19). So I’ve been dealing with this for awhile, tried several options, went to doctor etc. And I’m telling you ... these do do leak!!! (Happy dance). While I’m not using them for period protection, I would definitely try these for overnight coverage, especially for younger girls. It covers the entire backside and will probably save the sheets.Another reviewer noted that these are noisy. Agreed. I noted this immediately and was a little worried that these would scream “diaper”. Nope. I had my 18 year old daughter listen carefully and she could hear nothing unusual as I walked by, said it just sounded like fabric. I trust her opinion- she would definitely tell me if the sound was audible.Another reviewer also mentioned that these are bulky and thick like a diaper. Not at all! Yes, these are a smidge thicker than my regular panties, but nothing at all like a diaper. And they’re MUCH thinner than a disposable incontinence pad or a giant overnight menstrual pad. Much, much thinner. And these are far more comfortable than a pad, with coverage that stays exactly where you want it.I’ll update this if anything changes after a few more wears (running, laughing etc), but as of today, wearing several times for 8+ hours each time, I’m very happy with this purchase and now own 6 pairs.

Great For What They're For
If you are looking at this product, then you know what they're for..... they work like they are supposed to, no leaks, and are comfortable to wear. Would recommend

It works and is easy to clean!
I've bought this back in 2019 and they are still going strong. I stopped leaking. And if I leak on the underwear it washes off easily in the washing machine or handwash. I always use a pad, have not tried using it without one.

Positives ABSOLUTELY outweigh the negatives!
So let me preface this by saying my review isn’t for the faint of heart. It’s not going to be pretty, but it will be honest. You’ve been warned.I bought these because I gave birth and I will admit I pee a little when I laugh or cough too hard or lift my kid. It’s gross, I hate it but no matter how many kegels I do, it still happens. So I bought my first set of these for that. They fit great and worked like a dream. Then I got sick with a chest cold. Read: I was coughing a lot for over a month. So I bought another set to have as a backup. I clicked “order again” so it was the same order, but this group came much smaller. They are like two sizes different....whatever they aren't as comfortable but they work.I don’t have any noise issues like some other reviewers commented, I mean, if I’m wearing a skirt or pajama bottoms, sure I can hear them but my husband said he can’t and with actual pants, they make no noise.Next positive is they do absorb. I started my period a few days earlier than I had planned and bled a lot in these on accident (not why I bought them, but they worked great, otherwise it would have been disastrous like when I was 15 in a public space in white shorts). I washed with cold water and you can barely tell, so that impressed me. I’m still not going to intend to use them for periods but it is nice to know they do work.My concern is because they absorb so well, they are NOT breathable. After 3 days of wearing no other underwear but these (during the coughing fits) (and I feel compelled to mention, I’m saying I wore a clean pair three days in a row, not the same pair 3 days in a row...) I had some funky odors down below. A funk that no matter how many showers I took (sometimes two a day with the gym and putting on a clean pair post shower), it was not pleasant. It took a few days for me to feel normal and as though my pH balance was back to normal. So, are they absorbent? AbsolutelyDo they make noise? In my experience not with actual pants, not light pajama bottomsDo they fit true to size? One order is a yes the other is no, they were smallWould I recommend these over a pair of $50 period panties? 100% yes!!!! I would just recommend you be careful wearing them TOO often

Why didn’t I get these sooner?
Where were these when I was younger?OMG… These are a life changer! I was skeptical at first, but am definitely getting more.I now no longer need to purchase pads! That’s my favorite part. My periods have always been heavy and I feel like that they have gotten worse since kids. I couldn’t trust that I wouldn’t leak at night, and when I got them, I wore them that first night. No leaks thru the night, and even with wearing them during the day, I don’t have issues. No more bulky overnight pads, no more tampons, no more having to double up at night. I really love these!

Works well
No leakage. Makes me confident enough to wear white/light coloured pants during light-medium flow days. One down side is the durability of the non-leakproof part, ripped a hole near the waistband and where the waistband is sewn together came apart

They work!
I got these to replace my liners which I've been using as a backup for my cup because my liners often shift or stick to my legs and I got sick of literally throwing my money in the garbage.I love these! They work as advertised and I find them comfortable. The size fits perfect and I went by the chart. I just bought a second set so I'm good for the entire week. I like that these are machine washable. If you've just "leaked" you can see a wet spot on the inside but when you pull the panties up it feels completely dry. I might wear these all summer long because I sweat so much my normal underwear gets wet and gross. If it's completely quiet you can hear the inner material moving when you walk, but it sounds the same to me as my pants that are made of fabric similar to parachutes. It doesn't bother me and I'd wear these everywhere because no place is super quiet. I'd definitely recommend these.

Excellent protection and value for money!!
I really like this product and would definitely buy again! The fit is great - some people mentioned in reviews that they could be tight around the legs but these fit me perfect in month 9 of pregnancy. I really like that the leakproof part of the underwear is all the way up the back as well as the front. I bought a pair of high wasted leakproof knix underwear for somewhere around $30 for one pair and my biggest complaint with them is that the waterproof part stops and doesn’t come up high enough - these are way better and a fraction of the cost! They are a little bit thicker where the leakproof material is but I’m wearing them to bed not under jeans/pants so it doesn’t bother me at all. They are very nice material and don’t bother my skin. I highly recommend these and think I will probably invest in more for postpartum!!
