Lost 5 pounds
I’ve been on a weight loss plan where I have to weigh in every week. Although the tea is bitter, it really works to suppress your appetite and clean you out- I do not add anything to it and make it very strong to dilute and use as needed. I’m using this in conjunction with an anti parasite blend of ground papaya seeds and clove which is also very bitter and it very effective against microorganisms. I’m excited to find a detox tea that does more than just stimulate and works with my naturopathic lifestyle. With detoxing bitter is always better for your health. I even got my friend started on it!

Officially impressed
I was looking for a tea to help with hunger during intermittent fasting, & I'm seriously in love with one. I'd drink it regardless because it tastes so good (I'm someone who has become accustomed to drinking tea without any added sweetener after a lifetime of adding artificial sweetener to everything), but it actually is helping with hunger (not surprising - the ingredients are ones that have helped me separately, so I love that they're combined into one product). The teabags can be used twice, btw, which is very helpful.

Effective, not delicious
The tea works too curb cravings in the afternoon, which is when I usually tend to snack.It’s not the most tasty of the teas I drink, but it is certainly packed with nutrition. I added honey and it actually tastes good with the strong earthy tones.Update: I have not seen any lasting effects of this tea over time. The cravings have officially not been curbed.

LOVE the large chunks of ingredients in the bag, very aromatic! Tea bags can be steeped twice!

Not worth the money!
15 tea bags that can be used twice...that’s gross to dry it out and reuse it. It’s flavored water the second go around. Does not decrease my appetite as I was hoping it would.

Great product!
I don’t know if it’s a placebo or if it really does curb cravings but I have lost about five pounds the past two weeks. I have been working out and eating better and I’ll drink this tea after lunch and around dinner time when I start craving. I did find I was less interested in food!
