Once the can is opened, how do you store it? How long will it last once opened?

The container comes with a fitted plastic top to use after opening the can. I usually transfer the noodles to three smaller sealed containers after opening just as a convenience in serving size. The top keeps the noodles fresh for a week to ten days unless you live in an area with high humidity. Another quick fix is to store the container in a ZipLoc bag!

Can i boil it to make noodles?

No! These are crispy fried noodles that can accent a hot dish. They are very good with Chowmein. You would lose the goodness of the noodle if you put it in eater. It would get very soggy.

Great crunch!
