The paper is exactly 5.5” x 8.5”. Those are also the dimensions of a piece of copy paper folded in half. I ordered a set of 100 plain index cards 5.5” x 8.5” in 65 lb. cover card stock for replacement paper for my grandchildren on Amazon. Envelopes are also available so the children could mail their art work to friends and relatives. **Q: What age is it for** A: It is advertised for ages 3+ **Q: What are the size markers? what other washable markers will work with the spirograph junior? crayola?** A: The markers are those shorter ones and thinner - the circumference of a pen/pencil vs a dime like those larger Crayola ones. The tips are finer than a normal sharpie, but not extra fine points. The tips would need to be finer than your avg sharpie to work (I know sharpies are the furthest from washable, but that is all I know well to make a comparison to. Crayolas come in all different points). You could use probably Crayola Pip Squeaks or Super Tips, but not the standard fat Crayola marker. **Q: Where can you buy refill papers or pads?** A: Refill paper is not available for purchase at this time, but you can download a file from the Spirograph website to print paper yourself at home.
