Real workhorse of a steam cleaner. Really good for the deep steam cleaning. Durable (had mine for a few years) and worth the price! Get one, you won't be disappointed. Excellent product!!!

I bought this product based on advice from my sister in law, who is VERY particular about what she buys and is a discerning customer, so I had very high hopes. I used the tool once to clean some outdoor cushions and it might have helped slightly, but honestly it was very hard to tell a difference and the cushions were white- I expected to see something more noticeable. Then, I used it again for some cushions at home, and I burned my hand as holes opened up in the hose and the steam came pouring out. It must have overheated and melted part of the hose. I iced the burns, but it hurt and was honestly pretty dangerous. Additionally, the product is now broken and of no use. It's beyond the return window, so these were definitely dollars down the drain.

I have owned this item for about 6 weeks. I did not know what to expect, because I have never owned a steam cleaner before. After using it about 6 times, I am quite surprised at how well this cleans things that I was never able to truly clean before, such as the grease above my stove. It takes it right off. I sprayed some diluted Mr. Clean, steamed the grease, and off it came with a rag. My kitchen has never been cleaner.I bought it primarily for my car, for the seats and the wheels. I finally used it today to clean the minor seat stains and the gathered crud around some of the hard to reach areas such as the seat bolt. Again, this cleaned them so well, they look brand new. And this was with just hot water, no soap or chemicals at all! I did use a bit of dish soap when I used it on the floor mats (they were especially cruddy), and again, it took out so much of the dirt.Its inexpensive enough, in fact I wish I had bought a bigger, more powerful one. If anything I wish it came with a bigger, better brush accessory, but the one it comes with is good enough. This was definitely a good buy.

Good for cleaning most areas , but would have liked a large reservoir , rather than constantly having to refill and heat , have not timed it, but hope i can get 6-8 mts of constant steam , button to start steam is a bit cumbersome , but overall good value for $$$ , hope it lasts as i have only used it once since this review

I used this for stripping wallpaper prior to painting. It works well for medium areas. Needs refill probably 3 or 4 times to handle a fairly good sized wall. Have to let it cool down between applications so it's not a fast job. Steam cleaning ok for minimal dirt levels but could not handle grout or tile in a shower stall unused for several years. The instructions explain each accessory clearly and the requirements to fill, wait for the pressure to subside before you can open the top and either empty or refill.

I bought this to replace my old one which was a better known brand (don't remember what brand, though lol) that I had for years, but it finally died.I am disabled and I can't stand long enough to scrub the kitchen cabinets and appliances.I wasn't sure this brand I had never heard of would work as well, but it does! The grease is off of the cabinets, the fridge door is clean, the stove top is cleaner than it has been since the old steamer died.Sure, it took me a few days to do all of that, but that's because I can't do as much as I want to do at one time, and my son won't help me clean.I haven't used it for steaming clothes, but it doesn't drip so I don't see a problem with that.I can't say anything about the longevity of it, I've only had it for 2 or 3 months. I will update if it gives out on me, but so far I am happy with it. The price is great and even if it only lasts for a year it is worth it!

Many of the positive reviews seem a bit deceiving, at least to me. I unboxed the item, put in the recommended water, waited until the light went orange, and went to town on my couch. At first I was impressed with the amount of steam that it produced. Then the amount of pressure decreased significantly after about a minute of use. I had to wait for a "recharge" so that the steam was back at the normal pressure. Water was also dripping out of the handle. I gave this machine another couple opportunities to prove its worth, but haven't had much success. Certainly considering returning this at some point.

Bought this mostly to clean windows and shower door tracks. It works very well for that and steam lasts longer than one I had previously. My windows are not wood frame and have these tracks like the shower door. The steamer blasts most of it out, and a Q-tip easily removes any that's left because the steam has softened and loosened it. Very good for areas where you can't get fingers in to clean them. Also like to use it on faucets and toilet seat hinges to sanitize.
