Review: Works for Teams calls - Having a lot of meetings throughout the day I needed a comfortable pair of headphones certified for Teams. I found this headset comfortable and the sound quality in calls was exceptionally good. Told my voice was clear and not robotic. All of this was achieved when the provided single was used. I did have issues where the headphones would not connect for a Teams call but worked better at this when I uninstalled my previous headsets software. Battery life is ok, it could be better. Get about 2-3 days of heavy use in a 8-hour workday. The headphones sound quality for audio is good especially when you adjust the default sound settings using the app when paired with your smartphone. Light and comfortable. They should update the headphones to USB C, right now it’s micro usb. They do look more business professional when worn. Touch control for muting and volume control works with no snags. Overall great headphones but can be improved. Cheaper than alternatives I was looking at like the Jabra 85h UC. After 7 months of usage the headphones would not turn on. Epos Support is amazing, tried trouble shooting on a call but we were not able to revive the headphones. Received a brand-new set with all accessories including case. The new headset seems to have improved in its hinges and rubber coating. Dongle provided was a newer version and seems to work much better. Just for the stellar customer service I would highly recommend this headset.

**Q: Win 10 connection via epos 660 dongle is not reliable.  it must turn on/off to reconnect a dropped audio.  how to stop the dropped audio?**
A: This is a pretty easy Fix.
1.) Remove the dongle from your PC. Then go to the Sennheiser Website and download an application called Epos CONNECT; after it downloads, restart your computer.
2.) Restart your computer-connected dongle and hit update on the EPOS CONNECT; it will continue loosely letting you Know an update is available, just a quick check for updates.

Comfortable headset for long hours use. The noise cancellation could be improved as while chatting using the EPOS usb dongle or connected to my mobile devices the other party can still hear background noise which can block out conversations.
