Very Nice
I bought this for myself (a high school student with HEAVY book loads) because my last backpack fell apart and an entire strap broke off.This one withstood both of my heavy high school math textbooks, my laptop, and my reading novel very well. It is very durable and I'm very satisfied with my purchase.The only thing that flustered me a little was that I had to lace the straps through the plastic thing on the back, but once I got it into place it held very nicely. Adjusts well and I love it. I'll continue to use this into college.

Not very impressed
Have had this mess than a year and the straps are coming undone at the seamsThe inside liner ripped about 2 months after getting it and the zipper splits open after being zipped when there’s not much stuff in the bag

Okay Item
The zipper and both side pockets broke within the first 3 months. The book bag is as described but it doesn’t hold up well when used daily and/or if used to carry a lot of stuff at once.

This bag is a good size, comfortable and attractive. Unfortunately, two of the three zipper have broken after a couple of months. When the next one goes, the bag will be useless.

I love how this bag fits but I bought it in september and its now january and the straps are coming apart and unraveling at the seaps.

Poor Quality Backpack
I was excited about what this backpack claimed to do and the price point. I bought this in September, and after only a couple of uses the metal ring that protected the hole on the side where I think your charging cable is supposed to go through fell off, exposing the edges of the fabric and causing them to fray. This was during a time where I was going through a lot personally and medically, so I didn’t get to return it. Shortly after that, the second largest pocket began to tear at the seam. Unfortunately, the cut off for returning this item was October, so now I’m stuck with a useless backpack.

WASTE OF MONEY
My 6th grader has used this bag for 3 months. I can not believe how badly it is falling apart! It is literally falling apart at the seams. I would not recommend this bag for use for anyone at anytime for any application. I came back to my order on amazon in hopes of being able to contact the seller to see if they would make it right, but that’s not an option now, since it now shows it is sold and fulfilled by amazon. You’re better off buying a cheap backpack from Walmart.
