320 GB 320G 5400 RPM 2.5" IDE PATA WD3200BEVE for Laptop Hard Disk Drive

Unfortunately the one that I received did not work . Value for the money would have been 5 stars if it had . I liked the high GB storage capacity offered as well as it being available for older version laptops . However, I praise them for their customer service . I found them quick to respond to customer's text or comments ( concerns) to address problems. That should tell you something . It does me. In my opinion it is a testament to their honor and integrity . Something difficult to find in some businesses during these times . I would recommend them wholeheartedly .

2 out of the 3 WD 320GB 2.5 inch HDDs purchased have failed. The first failed out of the package - Microsoft Disk Manager said that the disk size was 512 TB (yes...Terabytes) and that the disk model number has 12 exclamation points in the title. The second failed after about an hour of use only saying "hard drive fail". The third is still working but I don't have much confidence that it will last. I should note that I have 4 other of these drives that are at least 5 years old and work fine.

I received this product on time, and it works well.
