The car dining plate can be bent and rotated 360 degrees at will, which is convenient for dining and traveling in the car.

A few times per year we drive to a vacation area that's 650 miles away. We stop several times to grab some food to eat on the road. My husband's car really doesn't have an area for him place his food, so he usually balances it on his knee which can be somewhat difficult to do while driving. I saw this tray at amazon and decided to give it a try, and I'm glad we did as it served its purpose well! It was large enough to hold his food as well as his cellphone. We were lucky that his car has an area on the side of the console where the clip could easily be attached; if you're considering buying this tray, make sure you do have an area for the clip. Once attached, the clip didn't come off. The tray arm was adjustable which was a plus, but for that reason the tray did wobble just a bit, but it remained flat and level unless one of us bumped it. Overall, we are very pleased with this tray; it made our trip more enjoyable. We both recommend this product!

I work out of my car, so I thought this would be perfect for my vehicle. The first one I received lasted about two minutes until the plastic on one of the hinges broke. I sent that one back and received a new unit; this one lasted about five minutes until the plastic on the hinge broke again.I will be receiving a gift card for the balance of this product from Amazon. Do not waste your money on this.

As long as you have a spot in your car for the clip, this works nicely. You can clip it on the door and it sits right above the arm rest. I can still get to the controls on the door. My vehicles also have a spot on the sides of the center console where it can clip and be with the driver or passenger. I will use this for a long time and may even purchase another.

I was so excited about this item when I bought it. With eating in the car a new normal it seemed perfect. Right out of the box I was surprised at how small it was. (i know, it says the dimensions so that's on me).First thing I noticed was that the adjustable "arm" part was REALLY hard to bend. You can't use the plastic to hold on to to bend the arm either. They are way too brittle. The plastic parts aren't sturdy at all! Broke one of the ball joint clips off within the first 10 seconds. It's still usable which is why it got any stars at all.

Worked and served the purpose but the flexy line connects at a single centered point under the tray. So it doesn't balance the food or tray too well. The clip at the bottom is super stiff. I tried to clip it to the edge of the car's cup holder (about an inch thick) and it broke. The good thing is because, the flexy line is so stiff I'm able to manipulate the tray to sit between the passengers seat and the center console to use it.

I bought this for my husband to go in our semi truck. It works perfect for eating on the go. The clip is absolutely perfect for truckers as it will clip to just about anywhere in the truck.

This is a nice product, and I will use it in my car, at outdoor concerts to attach to my chair, and at home. The only concerns I have are that the tray could be larger so that it would accommodate a plate up to 10", and that the stem could extend up to 18". For these reasons, I'm giving it four stars, with room to improve.
